Question 1

Is Regal Nectar honey raw?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Our honey is 100% raw, natural, and free from additives or artificial processing — bringing nature straight to your table.

Question 2

What is the shelf life of honey?

Accepted Answer

Pure, properly stored honey practically never expires. It can crystallise over time, which is completely natural, but it remains safe to eat.

Question 3

How should I store my honey?

Accepted Answer

Store your honey in a cool, dark, and dry place at room temperature. We do not recommend refrigerating honey.

Question 4

What are the health benefits?

Accepted Answer

Raw honey is rich in antioxidants, natural enzymes, and essential nutrients, known to boost immunity and soothe sore throats.

Question 5

My honey has crystallised. Is it still good?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Crystallisation is a natural sign of raw, unprocessed honey. Place the closed jar in a bowl of warm (not boiling) water for a few minutes and stir — it will turn liquid again.

Question 6

Which variety should I choose?

Accepted Answer

Florall Fusion is light and floral for everyday use; Western Ghats and Wild Forest are earthy and robust; Black Forest is dark, bold and less sweet; Wild Fuel is made for active lifestyles and a natural energy boost.

Question 7

Can I give honey to my baby?

Accepted Answer

No. Honey of any kind should not be given to infants under 12 months of age. It is perfectly suitable for older children and adults.
